Client Progress Update – Week 2

Alan’s training journey is going from strength to strength!
✅ Starting weight: 14st 11lbs
✅ Current weight (after week 2): 14st 0lbs
✅ Total loss so far: 11lbs in just two weeks!

This week alone Alan dropped another 1.8lbs, and the results are already showing. Not only is his weight moving in the right direction, but Alan reports:

Better energy levels
Improved sleep quality
Sharper mental clarity

Others have begun noticing the positive changes in his appearance too – and as someone well known in the community, Alan is already inspiring others to take charge of their own health.

One of Alan’s favourite aspects of training here at Lifegym is the time efficiency – just 3 sessions per week, 30 minutes each, with no wasted time.

When Alan asked me what more he could do outside of training, I encouraged him to:

Stick with the nutrition plan provided

Keep up his walking and cycling, which perfectly complement our sessions
