Your first consultation is all about information gathering. We go through a detailed lifestyle and nutrition analysis to see what your starting point is. This includes discussing and helping you define your goals.
All of this is with a view to seeing where you’re at and designing a training and nutrition plan that will get you to where you want to be in the shortest time possible.
We then guide you through each training session when you come into Lifegym, progressing your training as appropriate.
