Welcome to LifeGym

Lifegym is a fully equipped private gym set in a positive and welcoming environment. We work with you on a one-to-one basis to help you achieve your ideal body shape. Lifegym Personal Training Gym is a private Personal Training Gym geared towards helping you achieve your potential in all areas of your life through Exercise & Nutrition. We guarantee you results in only one and a half hours per week (3 X 30 minute sessions) combined with expert Nutritional advice & Personalised Nutrition Plans. We run one-to-one Personal Training & small group sessions and classes and online coaching. (Please contact for details)

Our personal training programmes are designed with you in mind, totally focusing on your goals and needs.

Your first consultation is all about information gathering. We go through a detailed lifestyle and nutrition analysis to see what your starting point is. This includes discussing and helping you define your goals.

All of this is with a view to seeing where you’re at and designing a training and nutrition plan that will get you to where you want to be in the shortest time possible.

We then guide you through each training session when you come into Lifegym, progressing your training as appropriate.
