Client Progress Update – Week 3
Alan’s training journey is going from strength to strength!
✅ Starting weight: 14st 11lbs
✅ Current weight (after week 3): 13st 7.4lbs
✅ Total loss so far: 17.6lbs in just three weeks!
This week alone Alan dropped another 7.4lbs, and the results are really showing.
On top of that, Alan’s body fat has come down from 39.8% to 34.8% – a 5% drop in only three weeks!
His waistline has also reduced from 43.5” to 41.5”.
Alan’s new healthy lifestyle has even inspired him to take on a cycling challenge in Germany this week, where he’ll ride 180kms in three days. (I think we can excuse him missing his gym sessions for that, don’t you?)
No doubt his results at Lifegym will make the challenge much easier.
But it’s not just the scales moving in the right direction. Alan also reports:

And others have begun noticing the positive changes in his appearance too. As someone well known in the community, Alan is already inspiring others to take charge of their own health.
One of Alan’s favourite aspects of training here at Lifegym is the time efficiency – just 3 sessions per week, 30 minutes each, with no wasted time.
When Alan asked what more he could do outside of training, I encouraged him to:

Stick with the nutrition plan provided

Keep up his walking and cycling, which perfectly complement our sessions
Clearly, he’s taken that advice to heart – and the results speak for themselves.
