Smashing His Targets 🎯
The initial six-week goal for Alan was 13st 11lbs at 36% body fat – a milestone he’s already surpassed ahead of schedule!
For context, a steady and sustainable rate of progress is typically 2lbs per week and 0.5–1% body fat reduction per week. Alan’s results are well above that benchmark – proof of his commitment both inside and outside the gym.
Looking ahead, the first major milestone I had set for Alan was to reach a healthy range of 13st 1lb and 32% body fat within 12 weeks.
At this pace, he’s on course to hit that target by the six-week mark – truly outstanding progress.
