Alan’s training journey is going from strength to strength! 💪

Starting weight: 14st 11lbs
Current weight (after week 4): 13st 7lbs
Total loss so far: 18lbs in just four weeks!

Alan’s body fat has dropped from 39.8% to 34.4% – that’s a 5.4% reduction in only four weeks!
His waistline has also trimmed down from 43.5” to 41.5”.

Even more impressively, Alan continued to see results despite taking a week off training while on holiday – proof that consistency pays off!


Alan continues to report:

Friends and family have started noticing the transformation too – those unaware of Alan’s new routine have commented on his healthier, more vibrant appearance.
